Shipping Information

We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana. Shipping is completed through partnered logistics providers, courier services, and in some cases direct delivery from vendors. During checkout, you’ll see available delivery options based on your location and the vendor handling the product.

Currently, we fulfil orders within Ghana only. International shipping may be introduced as we expand — updates will be announced on the platform.

Payment

We support secure payments through Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and card payments. More payment methods and auto vendor payout systems will be added as the platform evolves.

Yes. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. Your financial information is encrypted and never shared with vendors or third parties.

Orders & Returns

Browse products, add to cart, proceed to checkout, enter delivery details, and complete payment. You’ll receive confirmation instantly once payment is successful.

Order changes are possible only before dispatch, and only if the vendor confirms availability or adjustment. After an order has shipped, modifications may not be possible.
