Shipping Information
We offer nationwide delivery across Ghana. Shipping is completed through partnered logistics providers, courier services, and in some cases direct delivery from vendors. During checkout, you’ll see available delivery options based on your location and the vendor handling the product.
Delivery time depends on the vendor location and your delivery address. Average delivery time: 1–3 days within major cities 3–7 days nationwide Large orders, bulk purchases or long–distance deliveries may take slightly longer.
Currently, we fulfil orders within Ghana only. International shipping may be introduced as we expand — updates will be announced on the platform.

Payment
We support secure payments through Mobile Money (MTN, Vodafone, AirtelTigo) and card payments. More payment methods and auto vendor payout systems will be added as the platform evolves.
Yes. All payments are securely processed through trusted payment gateways. Your financial information is encrypted and never shared with vendors or third parties.
Orders & Returns
Browse products, add to cart, proceed to checkout, enter delivery details, and complete payment. You’ll receive confirmation instantly once payment is successful.
You can browse freely, but you’ll need an account to place an order, track purchases, save favourites, and message vendors.
If you receive the wrong item, damaged goods, or products not as described, you can request a return or replacement within the return period. Returns are reviewed and processed based on our marketplace return policy.
Order changes are possible only before dispatch, and only if the vendor confirms availability or adjustment. After an order has shipped, modifications may not be possible.
If delivery is attempted and you are unavailable, the courier or vendor will contact you to reschedule a second attempt. Additional delivery fees may apply depending on the courier’s policy. We recommend keeping your phone reachable on the expected delivery day to ensure smooth delivery.
